Purpose: To enhance the effectiveness and
promote awareness and use of Kansas self-help groups.
Services:
Information and referrals to over 3,000 local, state, and national self-help
groups; publication of connections directory of support groups and assistance
starting new support groups.
Senior Citizen’s Centers
Purpose:
To furnish a meeting place for leisure time, recreational, educational, and
informative programs to senior citizens.
Services:
Call individual senior centers for a list of their services.
